Four Points by Sheraton Barrie

We'd a great couple of day's here. Lovely hotel. A special thanks to Tone for helping us out when we left our rucksack and passports behind. She went above and beyond and we are forever grateful to her.

This place always delivers! Friendly staff and clean comfortable facilities. Very nice restaurant on site. Good location as well close to highway. Seems that highway construction is complete as well.

Nice property, it was in the middle of being freshened up. Would have been nice if restaurant was open for breakfast.

We left behind a bag with our passports etc and Toni could not have been nicer, more reassuring and went out of her way to help us. We had had a great stay anyway but this just showed how good it was. I would like to thank Toni for all her help. She has saved a lot of stress.

Do not stay here. Unfriendly staff upon our check in. Under renovations but no consideration for customers staying there. A complete mess and disgusting in the hallways. Hardly any hot water and toilet seat not secured. We had to get to a wedding otherwise we would’ve requested our money back and go elsewhere. Very disappointing and will never stay at a four points again. I’m shocked they are charging the room prices considering the condition of the hotel.

This hotel was recommended by colleagues and I wasn’t disappointed. Clean and comfortable rooms and modern facilities with well maintained property. Many renovated areas which looked great! Quiet and easy accessible location. Will definitely return.

The location was alright for what we needed it for but renovating the second and third floor so wasn't the nicest looking when we got in. And when i got a text that my room was ready, the front desk was arguing that they didn't send anything and why would i get a text.
