The bathroom was clean and well supplied. The location was convenient to the highway, transportation and stores.

I had a room with an adjoining door. The guests next door had small children. The children were energetic and their energy was radiated through the door, especially at night when upset. Also the hallways of third and second floor were in the midst of being renovated with baseboards and wallpaper removed from the walls. The temperature on the small fridge didn’t keep beverages cold, thankfully ice machine helped relieve that issue but had to be constantly replaced.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. I didn't stay long so i cant really review it properly but I would go back again.

Very nice place in Barrie! The staff is friendly and service minded. The hotel is newly renovated, and the rooms looks fresh! The rooms are clean and tidy I higly recomend to stay at this hotel I have been there several times, and this is my favorite hotel!

For the most part, the hotel is clean. The pool facilities were good.

The staff that took our intake was hard to deal with. The fan in the bathroom in one of my rooms short circuited and there was a fire flame that actually got my son on the shoulder, burnt through his shirt. All we got was "sorry about that" they changed our room but then gave that same room to another family member without fixing the fan. The pillows are fluffy but so thin. The carpet was moist and it smelled humid. Other than Tim Hortons, there's no resto in walking distance and the hotel's resto bar doesn't stay open long or isn't open at all.

Stayed at this hotel in connection with visiting family. Enjoyed my time at the hotel very much. It’s a very nice and pleasant hotel, with friendly staff. Nicely located in Barrie. The hotel is also newly renovated. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament last month and it was a decent hotel stay. The lobby was very cool looking but our room was pretty basic. I found that all of the bathroom amenities were close to the ground but otherwise the room itself was clean and came with a fridge and microwave. There was no breakfast at the hotel but they did have some snacks out in the morning which was appreciated.

The bed was comfortable. The room was basic style. For the money I expected a bit more style. The ceasar salad was all lettuce..not good. No soup was available. Breakfast was a fruit salad full of pineapple core pieces...not good. Bathtub has no hand rails for support..that's dangerous.
