We had many issues with this property. Upon walking into our room it wasn’t the right room that we requested upon booking. No employees could help us with switching to the right room.

The hotel was in a convenient location close to restaurants and retail stores. The room was clean and had everything you needed.

The bathroom was uncomfortable. Extremely low to the ground toilet and the shower was very narrow with no room to move. Did not have this issue with other hotels I stayed at last week.

Great location between Lexington & Louisville, staff helpful & friendly, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, with eggs, sausage, cereals, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit, etc.

It was a bit pricey, but would likely stay here again, if in the area. Also, we like a "continuous fan" option on the air conditioning system, which this didn't have. This system goes on and off. The background noise of a running fan helps us sleep better. We had to turn the air off, to just run the fan, continuously.
