Que estuviera a 20 minutos caminando para salir del fraccionamiento y 10 minutos más para llegar a la playa. Lo que más me desagradó fue que tras realizar el check out y solicitar un taxi a traves del personal de recepción, este último sacara ventaja de la situación pues claramente ví como el taxista le dió su "parte" al arribar al hotel.

Conforto e limpeza

Acesso levemente burocrático por ser dentro de um condomínio fechado, senão daria nota máxima em tudo.

Las instalaciones preciosas, los cuartos súper equipados, excelente precio y ubicación al precio final que pagué. El desayuno incluido muy rico!

Muy lindo hotel,excelente ubicación.mucha seguridad alrededor. Rico desayuno. Volvería feliz.

Lo único es que si apagas el aire acondicionado el piso se pone super resbaloso.. asi que hayqbue tener cuidado con eso. Pero solo eso. Pero también hay que ver que el clima allá es muy húmedo.

The suite was amazing! And staff were very helpful.

The pool is not really for swimming, it’s more of a decorative pool which is a shame. I would’ve loved a few healthier options at breakfast (for example a yo that doesn’t have any added sugar) but it’s a minor point

Wow what an amazing hidden Gem in Playacar in Playa del Carmen, peaceful hotel in the middle of a small jungle with a beautiful pool and lake in front of it. Not crowded at all and the rooms were bigger than expected. We had a huge balcony and a whole reception area and bedroom , amazing room! The breakfast was great very friendly staff and attentive. The hotel is a bit hidden and not many signs to indicate the name of the hotel or location but taxi driver found it at the end. I have been to This area about 5 different times and this hotel blew my mind. Super quiet and peaceful as all I heard in the mornings was the birds and the bats flying crazy around the balcony in the early morning what a great experience.

Well everything was great, perhaps the lack of signs indicating where the hotel is, was the only thing they can improve. But then again maybe 🤔 this is their secret to stay as unspoiled as it is.

The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was lovely. The breakfast was delicious. The parking lot was not paved and dusty. There wasn’t a fitness center. I believe they were renovating the hotel and I do see a lot of potential. I would go back.
