Sehr sauber. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Die Umgebung war ruhig und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und sauber.

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Frühstück war ok. Zu wenig für Vegetarier

L’hôtel est super calme. Les lits vraiment confortable. On a bien dormi. Le personnel est accueillant. La piscine donne sur le golf et son étang. Il y a bcp d’oiseau et d’animaux qui vivent dans cet habitat. C’est vraiment agréable. On dirai que l’hôtel est au milieu de la nature.

C’est pas vraiment une critique de l’hôtel. Mais se rendre à l’hôtel demande de passer 2 checkpoints dans Playacar.

Nice and private hotel.

Terrible experience with the staff at the hotel, mainly one of the guys was incredibly rude (didn’t want help when we made a booking mistake, despite booking 16 rooms for a wedding, had to involve the manager. Was consistently rude to all of our guests, and even made fun of the name of a masseuse coming to give us the service and of one of my nephews). The rest of the staff was lovely and helpful, although the hotel clearly didn’t seem ready for the occupation around our wedding. Just give the feedback to this guy and maybe reconsider not having him in a hospitality/guest facing role if he is not able to be respectful and professional.

The property was clean, very well taken cared of however there was not enough towels for the visitors and would have been nice to have an area to order and pay for water or drinks or food on the premises outside of breakfast that was included.

The staff overall were helpful, but one staff member made our check-in unnecessarily difficult. We had wedding guests arriving, and this person was not clear about which payments had already been made through Booking, nor whether the rooms our guests had selected in advance were actually available. This created confusion and delays during an important moment.

저희가 도착해서 방을 들어가니 냄새가 많이 나서 스위트로 옮기고난후 식사를하기 위해 방을 비운사이 타올을 비치한다고 리셉시온에 있는자가 방에들어온후 백 팩을 열어 본 흔적이 발견돼 꼭개선을 해야 하기에 이글을 올립니다 방을 나가기전 찍은 사진과 돌아온후 사진입니다

Atención del personal!!! Si lo que se busca es descansar y seguridad es un muy buen lugar

Emplacement top, au calme , jardin très bien entretenu , très bonne literie . Bon petit déjeuner

Une mésaventure ! Les toilettes se sont bouchées et comme s’était tard le soir nous avons dut attendre le lendemain . Mais bon tout s’est bien passé après . Je recommande
