Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico

Que te cobren por usar el parking del hotel me parece un timo. No lo puedo entender. Está en mitad de la nada y con espacio suficiente para poder aparcar los coches y te cobran casi $20 al día…. Increíble.

Everything was great! This is my second visit, and I would return.

The weather in February is slightly nasty and rainy. I wish they could have a better SPA facility.

As a Hyatt Discoverist we booked 4 nights at no cost on points. On arrival we were upgraded to garden room right adjoining oceanfront at no additional charge. The room was immaculate with marble floors and spacious bath with large porcelain tub and rainforest shower. The beds were super comfortable with large LG TV and comfortably appointed lanai. We were given coupons for 2 free drinks which were lime mojitos and were very good. My wife has mobility issues and we called for golf cart service which arrived within 15 minutes at most. All the help at this hotel were very friendly and attentive! We ate at the Prime, Nori Japanese, and Nectar and except for a very small crab at Nectar, overall very good along with very good service. Swimming pools had cold water but very clean. We loved the Reserve pool over the huge main pool because it was so quiet and cabanas were free. This pool is very large too and we liked the Molido near the pool (similar to the excellent Market for pizza, snacks, sandwiches, coffee, etc .) All had attentive servers. The beach is not sandy but the water is very clear, calm, and not deep. This resort was wonderful for seniors like us but there is no weekly nightlife other than the bars and Latin music playing. Finally all facilities are beautiful and super clean. Drinks and food are expensive but very good, super high local taxes on everything, tips always included. We spent four wonderful and relaxing days here and it is a fine Hyatt hotel!

Had an amazing stay with Family and escaped the cold weather up North. Highly recommend this resort and will going back next year! Positive experience with the room, restaurants, pool, location, weather and staff all seemed happy and worked together to make your trip perfect!

The entire Lobby Bar staff made a difference, especially Tanya, Gustavo, and Jonathan. They represent exactly the kind of team any employer would wish for—and, more importantly, what every guest hopes to experience during a stay. Outstanding service, genuinely warm, kind, and full of positive energy.

Chef was amazing! Very accommodating to my dietary preferences and it was super fun and hands-on. Ate sooo much sushi definitely a worthwhile experience

So let me start by saying I had an issue with my reservation between booking.com, the hotel, and klarna thay caused a sleu of stressful issues while I was there. However, the staff that helped me were so so incredible. Joannice at the front desk helped me first. She spent about 2 hours working out the issue I had and comforting me while I was crying because stress and solo travel. She hooked me up with wine and drink vouchers to make sure the rest of my stay, which was my birthday, was special. Hugged her, she is awesome. Israel likewise helped me when more issues arose during checkout and made sure I was all set to go before I checked out. Migdalia was my facialist for a last min birthday service I booked. She is so beautiful in and out and gave me a superb service and making sure I left glowing, happy, and taken care of for my birthday. The hotel is gorgeous- one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in, but the staff are really what make this place special. Everyone is friendly here and everyone made sure I was safe while I was strolling alone throughout the resort. Thank you ♥️

We had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Rio Grande. This was our first time in Puerto Rico, and we really loved the weather and the island overall. The hotel’s horizontal layout is amazing and makes the property feel very open and spacious. The location is beautiful, very secluded and private, which made it very relaxing. The beach was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Nectar restaurant was delicious and offered great local food. The pools and rooms were very clean. We stayed in a villa, which was very comfortable and worked well for us while traveling with our 18-month-old baby. Walking from the room to the pool and the beach can sometimes be a bit long, and it was not always easy to find a ride, but it was manageable and did not affect our overall experience. For families, kids’ activities and facilities are quite limited. There is only a small kids’ club with repetitive activities, and the playground options are minimal. Breakfast was good, though it would be nice to see a little more variety from day to day. Also, the room only had disposable cups, with no mugs or glasses, and there was no flatware, which would be a small improvement. These are minor points and not major issues at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for a quiet, private beachfront getaway.
