Room was fine, nice people, but I had to make 4 trips to the second floor because they only had one luggage cart which was locked in a guest room. Buy a second cart.

Location and cleanliness

Air conditioner too loud, outside side doors locked and couldn’t get in easily, pillows too hard and hot tub poor jets.

Location and size of the room.

Impossible to get my media content on the TV screen because of the system the hotel uses for their rooms. Time to upgrade Sandman!

Staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Building was clean and room met expectations. Only downside was how hot the pool area was, it was very uncomfortable
