HSH is GREAT! If you like a Clean, Quiet (oddly no music was playing on premises) & Safe (night security Shane watching out for Everyone all night long) Area to stay This is it. Again so quiet even the restaurant music is low. The Restaurant (Westair Quizine) serves delicious Rum punches 😆 The food is good too lol. Some may complain about the late breakfast but I enjoyed it because Im a late riser. The Penthouse views are Beautiful!! Lovely to wake up to & Lay in the Hammock to watch Sunset. The Bed was super Comfortable. There are other Restaurants, Grocery Stores & Ice Cream within 5mins walking distance. Staff is Helpful, Sweet & Friendly. Even called a taxi for us after seeing we were out standing & cldnt flag one down. Pros - Nice Staff, Views, Food, Drinks & Cleanliness Cons - Steep & Narrow staircases, Small parking lot & the Dim lights in walkways. I suggest bright LED lightbulbs or Lightropes along the railings so ppl can see where they're walking especially after a few drinks 😁 Other than that We enjoyed our stay and Will Be Back!!

I sent my feedback to the hotel directly noisy, smelly,television did not work entrance light didn't work foul water leaking from the floor above with loud drilling at 8am in the morning not good ill tel my friend's in Canada

Dated hotel. Small grounds area for catching some rays. Restaurant ok.

The staff is friendly but the property needs some TLC the entire property!!!. With that fixed this property would be top-notch. I enjoyed the view from my room and the pool. Not so much the cliffside because I can not swim. I am sure it would be nice for someone that can. Actually, it was a bit scary for me.

Had an awesome stay at Home Sweet Home !!! Love the friendly staff !!! They always make my stay feel comfortable and I feel like part of the family !!! I’ll definitely be back !!! Only suggestion that I would have for them is to update their sitting chairs on the grounds other than that I’ll see you in May !!!

Staff was incredibly courteous and made every effort to satisfy our meal desires. There was a security guard on staff every night which was a reassurance as well. The cliffs are a very fun place to stay because you can jump from them right into the water. It was also conveniently close to all sorts of stores and restaurants so we were easily able to venture out and enjoy ourselves. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Great staff that went well above and beyond to meet all of our needs. A big shout out to Tia, Anna and Odane for taking such great care of us. If you can get to Negril you should go, you won't be disappointed.

Frequent Negril visitor and have stayed here before. Only stayed 1 night this trip. I like to move around a bit and explore new places. I should have stayed longer here. My kids enjoyed the pool and when the water is calm, swimming off the cliffs. Check in was very fast and very friendly. I really like the Executive Suite (first time in this room). Downstairs has 2 beds with one of them in a seperate room with door. Upstairs has full kitchen with big fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker. Big upper porch overlooking ocean. AC! Hot water! Will stay again next time! Soon come!

The view itself is worth it. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.
