We booked a deluxe king room we got a nasty double. The receptionist told us hotels.com made a mistake. The room is filled with spider webs. Basic cleaning should have taken care of that. The site states that there's a restriction on property. It was never open during our stay. Couldn't even boil water for tea. One of the past reviews mentioned something against blacks. She might have been right. This place is a mess. Only the view is nice.

The truth is: It’s not as fancy as you’d like if that’s what your use to or expecting. BUT!!! My boyfriend and I were VERY comfortable we didn’t ask for much even when we did we’d get it. Everyone around and working there were so chill and nice. The view is everything, beach is 5- 10mins away, budget appropriate not to mention the town is 4 mins away. Easy access to atm, Popeyes, pizza place, supermarkets, clubs, etc. We’ll be definitely going back next summer same room and everything. We really enjoyed our stay it was so hard to leave😩. Thanks guys!!

Such a beautiful place. Make sure to chase down some staff to get your a/c turned on.

As described. A great deal for a hotel on the cliffs of Negril, but middle of the road comfort and luxury (clean, but hard bed and pillows). Service was pleasant and efficient, with prompt resolution of an issue, but staff not available at all hours (eg office not yet open at our 9am departure).

The location and the views from our room were awesome !!! Beds were comfortable, ac worked great and I want to give a big shout out to Dino and Steph for their great hospitality !!! Also Josephine the maid was incredible and very nice !!! Will definitely return !!!

This place has the best pizza I have ever had in Negril. The breakfast was also very tasty. I will definitely eat there again the chef is awesome. My room was very spacious and the AC was good. The view from my room was breathtaking.The bed was a little lumpy but I can sleep on anything so was not an issue for me.The bartender made excellent rum punch. Easy sea access and several places in walking distance. I would stay here again.

While the room is a little run-down, the amazingly beautiful view and convenient location are worth it! We were told this was low season, so there was only one other room occupied the entire time we were there. The restaurant and bar were not in operation, so we had to leave the hotel for every meal. We were without hot water the first night, but it was fixed by the time we arrived home from sightseeing the next day.

Next to the ocean. Easy acces for snorkling. But beware of the rooms alongside the road - those are noisy.

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE, I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL TO STAY. EXPEDIA SHOULD NOT BE PROMPTING THIS HOTEL.
