I you are a lover of some little souls like bugs and cockroaches, then you are welcome in their Heaven at this location. You can't miss such great experience while travelling around beautiful Utah.

My second time at this motel. Prices were unreasonably high compared to others in the area. We found out that other patrons were charged quite a bit less, in equal rooms, although we spent two nights there vs their just one. Toilet was only held in place by its drain pipe (flange bolts were gone), paint on shower walls cracking, no shampoo nor bath floor mat provided. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Over all, and mostly due to the overall condition of the motel room, we felt we were in a $100/night room but were charged $160.

This is an older property that has dome issues and wear. However, the location, price, and pet friendly accommodation fit the need perfectly,

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marianna Inn just outside Bryce Canyon. The location is perfect—close enough to the park for easy access, but more peaceful and affordable than staying inside. It’s dog-friendly, which made traveling with our pup so much easier. The beds were very comfortable, and the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home. Just a small note: shampoo and conditioner aren’t provided, so bring your own. Aside from that, everything was comfortable and exactly what we needed. If you’re looking for a cozy, affordable place near Bryce Canyon with genuine hospitality, the Marianna Inn is a great choice.

Has everything I needed, clean room, clean bed, clean bathroom, and coffee! Owners are friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to different restaurants and fast food, and a gas station next door.
