It is an older property but clean and quiet. You can park right outside your room. Very clean. Air conditioner works perfectly! Dog friendly.

No breakfast

Well the towels were dirty and old and ragged there was hair all over the shower. One trash can for the whole room. Also when we went to check in she wanted to round up instead of charging what was said on the booking app.

There wasn’t any breakfast.

No hooks in the bathroom or a little table to put your clothes on while bathing. I was a bare bones hotel.

Close to my family reunion The air conditioner worked wonderful!

Dead gnats all over the bathroom floor, in the tub, on the walls. They hadn’t swept at all. Dead bugs near front door and around air conditioner. Cracker or cookie crumbs on bedspread. Hair on sheets. Spiders crawling on walls. Spider webs on ceiling. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom at all. I had to go ask for soap and for someone to sweep out my room. It was awful. Room 22. My family had rooms there as well. They did not have dead gnats in their room. But my niece got locked in the bathroom. She couldn’t get out. My brother in law had to get a screwdriver and take the doorknob off to let her out.

Very nice people

I left a day early. The party in the next room had the TV on all night very loud and could not sleep.

I like the owner and have stayed there the last five years. Don't know about next year
