Location and good value

It was cozy and clean

Fun little cabin type rooms. Older property but kept up nicely. I was a bit worried when we got to the door, which was painted light blue, pink and white, as it was a bit dirty and could do with a wash. However when I opened the door I found freshly painted walls, new floors, log cabin type chairs and table. Fancy headboards that were put in since the repainting as there is a strip of white that was unpainted behind the head board. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was big! Larger than most hotel bathrooms. Toilet rattled when I sat down. That needs to be fixed. Board next to the sink to put your toiletries on. I loved the ceiling, freshly painted in grey and white. Plenty of lights. This would be a good place to have a family get together as they have a large covered picnic area with a large table and several other smaller tables and chairs, with a basketball hoop and lawn nearby. This property is on the road into town from Hwy 20 (I think it was) so it is fairly close to Red Canyon and Bryce. Would I stay here again. In a heart beat.

The staff is great to work with you and the cabin is cozy.

Check in gal was great. No shampoo available. Paid for an upgraded room. Not what we recieved.

Nothing

Everything. It was very old and it wasn’t updated. There was a big gap between the front door and the door frame that was big enough for insects and mice to get in. I looked at three more rooms that were just as bad. It was just creepy to me. I asked for my money back so that I could go somewhere else. I was refused a refund and left anyway because I was not willing to stay there. I found a nice place in Kanab for the same price. Even though I paid for it, I would not stay there. Terrible customer service. couldn’t even get my money back because it was so bad
