Mercure São Paulo Paulista Hotel

Relacao custo beneficio muito boa. O hotel está preciaando de algumas reformas, mas compensa em muoto a localizacao. Perto de tudo wue vc imaginar.

Quarto minúsculo, Wi-Fi péssimo, estacionamento pago (e não avisam no checkin), café da manhã pobre, únicas duas opções de suco (ácidos), nenhum suco que não seja cítrico, apenas 1 atendente na recepção, demora para fazer checkin e checkout. Não voltarei a este hotel.

The hotel is located a block away from the busy Paulista Avenue which actually is good because traffic is less busy and it is quieter in the evening. Check in is a breeze as they offer an online advance check in. Staff are very welcoming and hospitable and most of them speak English which is a good help knowing that Portoguese is the most spoken language in Brazil. The hotel has an in house restaurant which serves good lunch and dinner. If you opted for a free breakfast, their breakfast is excellent. This hotel is a member of the Accor chains of hotels and so they maintain a good standard. Amenities are basic. 2 big towels, two medium and a floor towel. Shampoo and conditioner are in a refillable containers attached to the wall. They provide 3 small bar soaps and a shower cap. The wifi and hot shower all works excellent. Bed is comfortable and they offered me extra pillows since I found their pillows to be small and thin. They have a safe for your valuables. TV has limited English channels. The best thing about this hotel is its location if you want to explore Paulista Avenue. For that, I will surely choose this hotel again. .

Tbe location is perfect

Hotel bom, o prédio é antigo, mas com reforma, bem localizado, bom café da manhã, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom. Mas, precisam melhorar o item limpeza do quarto. No primeiro dia, a camareira arrumou a cama, mas não recolheu o lixo e nem limpou o banheiro e o quarto, só houve a limpeza após a minha reclamação. Porém, os atendentes são todos muito gentis e prestativos, especialmente o Sr. Arthur, que prontamente solicitou a limpeza e resolveu o problema.

Apesar de não ser um quarto amplo, as instalações eram muito boas, o banheiro era grande e tudo era novo. O café da manhã era bastante bom e a localização do hotel é privilegiada. A única ressalva que gostaria de fazer é que havia uma obra no quarto ao lado que incomodou bastante durante os dias de hospedagem. Parecia que estavam instalando alguns móveis e isso perturbava bastante. A meu ver, caso quisessem fazer algo do tipo, os quartos ao lado não deveriam ser utilizados para evitar esse tipo de desgaste.

Pretty expensive prices considering the room conditions. But good breakfasts.
