Decepcionante! Um hotel de rede como o Mercure ter toalhas furadas, ralo de banheiro entupido, ducha sanitária separada do sanitário, edredom muito sujo e encardido (enchimento embolado), cama de solteiro no nosso quarto sem roupa de cama, horrivel. Sabonetes cortesia minúsculos. Apesar do atendimento e café da manhã serem muito bons.
Ótima localização, custo Benefício ok, perto de quadra de tênis, shopping, padaria e centra a várias coisas. Apenas ressalvo que o ar não era tão gelado.
The hotel is in a good standard with very friendly and helpful staff. However, lacked in maintaining the facilities that were probably very good 20 years ago. The room and hotel were clean but state of flooring and bathroom was poorly maintained. Biggest shock was the door frame that was breaking apart when opening/ closing the main doors- quite a shock when staying in São Paulo where safety should be one of the priorities.
Excelente hotel, sem barulho de fora e nem dos corredores, cama ótima, quarto espaçoso e banheiro também.
Decadente. Foi a última vez que me hospedei lá. Rede Accor em decadência em SP. Todos os que fiquei no último ano, estavam ruins em vários aspectos. Mas este foi a pior experiencia

It was great for a night. Location and staff are very good and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The downside was the mold in the bathroom walls and the smell of mold in the hall.
