Já foi melhor, mas os barulhos internos, principalmente no 13 andar, é algo impossível de dormir. Eu vejo como um hotel decadente, comparado com outras estadias neste mesmo hotel. Nunca mais este hotel.

Segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel e de maneira geral ele é bem satisfatório. Equipe cordial, quarto amplo, bom café da manhã e localização super conveniente. O único problema dessa vez é que achei o banheiro velho é mal cuidado.
Muito boa. Quarto silencioso, limpo, cheiroso, cama confortável, comida do restaurante muito boa (Só carinha!) equipe maravilhosa. Sr. Arthur da recepção e Sra. Roselane da equipe de camareiras muito simpáticos, demais funcionários também, mas não me recordo os nomes!
A água quente do chuveiro não funcionava. Não sai água quente no chuveiro. O alarme de incêndio tocou várias vezes

Já me hospedei em outras unidades da rede, mas desta vez a unidade deixou a desejar.
