The Bellevue Manila

It's my husband's birthday We chose Bellevue Manila's estaurant, Qsina. The food was superb. Sir David, Sir Joshua and Sir Jeric were warm and gave us excellent customer service. We'll surely comeback❤️

Rooms are good and beds are comfy. It’s near malls and they have a free hourly shuttle going to malls. Very convenient.

The nooks and crannies of the room are not really thoroughly cleaned for someone who has OcD like me but I’m sure it’s ok for others.

a) Staff providing warm and excellent service. Staff like Angelo and Leo at Qsina, and Sophia the cleaning lady, are all gems of the hotel. b) Shuttle service that takes us to nearby areas. c) 24 hour clinical service - very caring.

The amenities

We loved it during our previous stay. This stay however we encountered several concerns such as our extra bed that was paid for was set up at around 10pm, no adapter was provided for our kettle so we cannot make our coffee despite repeated calls to no avail. No assistance for the pool area in drinks and in water toys. The pool bathrooms need to be maintained and cleaned as it caused my mother and child to slip. For restaurant reservation and other guest concerns no one is answering our call via hotel hotline. We do love the hotel and its amenities but due to this recent stay’s service it may take a while.

The hotel staff and concierge team provided outstanding support and service throughout my stay. They were incredibly considerate, helpful, and responsive to every request. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is remarkable—they are true champions of hospitality and made our stay comfortable and memorable.

Location

No room dedicated for people who have issues with mobility, disability or senior on ground floor. I requested a ground floor room for my senior mom for her safety via email a week prior to her arrival but was given 6th floor on her arrival. In my email I was not informed that there was no ground level rooms. Hotel booking staff must be honest, informative and considerate to the customer especially for customer with special needs.
