Parking was a hassle. You need to bring your parking ticket (the paper the parking attendant gives you upon entry) even if you were issued a parking pass (from the concierge). Otherwise youll have to pay 500 if you lose it.

I would like to share my feedback on Miss Erin and Sir Khyl during my second stay at Bellevue. Their hospitality has been truly exceptional. Both Erin and Khyl have been incredibly supportive, caring, and professional throughout my stay. They create a very positive front office experience with their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine understanding of customer expectations. One thing I especially appreciate is their consistent availability and willingness to help at any hour. I tend to stay up late and often require assistance at odd hours, and every time I approached the front desk, they were always there—fresh, active, approachable, and ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication and excellent service are definitely one of the key reasons I would highly recommend Bellevue to others. The hospitality here has been outstanding, and Erin and Khyl truly make the experience warm, comfortable, and memorable. This keeps it professional and sincere without sounding overly formal.

Had a wonderful dinner buffet experience at Qsina! The service was exceptional, everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive. Our water glasses were never empty and the table was always kept clean. The buffet itself was well-organized and not overwhelming, with just the right amount of choices that truly felt worth the price. Special thanks to Aleli and Leo for taking such great care of us. Highly recommended!

All excellent - room, staff, food, spa, gyms, pools

As always, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.. Food was great as always, especially the bacon and sausages! Staff are all helpful and friendly, with special mention to Mr. Khyl and Mr. JP from concierge, really accommodating and helpful!
