Wonderful experience! As a frequent traveler this is a great hotel. Also, they have an excellent valet team! Specifically Carlos and Adain K! They were very professional, kind and move fast! One of the best valet teams I’ve experienced! We will definitely be staying here the bext we visit Houston.

I would like to thank you for such a pleasant stay at the Westin in Houston, Texas. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth—from the door attendants to the reception desk—which truly set the tone for our visit. A special thank you to Camryn, who made our stay especially memorable. She went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect, and her kindness did not go unnoticed always had a positive personality and big smile We highly recommend this hotel, especially for its convenient location near the conference center. For those who prefer not to use Uber, there is also an airport bus stop just a short five-minute walk away. The hotel itself was wonderful—clean rooms, blackout windows for restful sleep, and incredibly soft bedding and pillows. The bathroom was spotless, with plush towels and thoughtful touches that made it feel just like home. Thank you again for a fantastic experience—we look forward to returning!

"Downtown Vibe"

The hotel is in a great location with close proximity to several downtown events. The checkin process was fast, and the hotel has a nice happy hour in the main lobby each day (I believe). Room was spacious and clean. Very nice amenities.

"The Perfect Hotel Experience."

Here for the NRAAM and was thoroughly impressed several times over with their entire staff's commitment to quality, service and experience. Everyone was kind, helpful and quick on the draw to pour a drink! Meals came out fast, hotel rooms didn't just look clean, they actually FELT CLEAN. While we've stayed in many nice hotels while traveling for business, we will certainly be back to THE WESTIN DOWNTOWN next month for our next convention. "5 Star Stay with Exceptional Service Dirong a Busy Tournament Weekend ⭐️"

We had an amazing stay at The Westin Downtown Houston during our daughter’s volleyball tournament! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and in a great location, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. We had a few questions regarding charges on our room, and Camryn and William went above and beyond to help us understand everything clearly. They were patient, professional, and genuinely kind, which made a stressful moment so much easier. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!
