We had a great experience at the Westin Downtown. The rooms are all remodeled and looked brand new. The service at the front desk and all around the property were excellent especially Camryn. I would recommend staying at this property.

"Westin Downtown Houston"

The Westin Downtown is a great hotel with very good breakfast and lunch. The hotel is next to the Astros Ballpark. The hotel went through a renovation a couple years ago, so the decor is nice. Rooms are very clean. Downtown use to be a tough walk, but downtown Houston now has great restaurants within walking distance. Nice Italian restaurant across the street, Vic’s steakhouse is next door, and Pappadeaux’s is near the convention center about a 10-15 minute walk. Go to a ballgame - stay at the Westin. Find a Rudy’s BBQ, stop at a Buc-ee’s along the road. Enjoy Texas

"A New Downtown Go To!"

The Westin is my new downtown hotel go to. Camryn the front desk manager is truly a gem. Shes accommodating and kind. I love how direct and efficient she is. The forward thinking is a wonderful quality to have in management and I love the way she manages her team. My last visit I did have a small discrepancy with my room and Camryn handled it quickly. Angel came and took care of the issue with grace. I appreciate their hospitality and professionalism. I’m very specific about rooms as well. The renovations are beautiful. The beds are comfortable (as always!). Very clean.

"A 10/10 Hotel!"

I have stayed at the Westin in Downtown Houston on an almost-weekly basis for over two years, and there is a reason why I do. The staff is impeccable and reminds me why I am a Marriott loyalist - their care, friendliness, and humor set them apart from the range of other hotels (both Marriott and not) that I've stayed at in Houston over the years. Moreover, the bedrooms are great - always spotlessly clean and offering the ideal asset for a business traveler: ample overhead lighting. There is no place I'd rather stay in Houston and I'm so thankful for the team there for making each stay special.
