Chelsea Inn Hotel

Arriving at night, the place was very sketchy with many derelicts running in and out. And then to find out that despite a reservation through hotels.com, they had no room for us!

I'm a little pissed off at the hotel.com I scheduled me a room I get there Show my itinerary and they said that I did not exist that they told you that the room was canceled they had no more openings I paid money for this room and I could not get it I will have my lawyer check into this And straighten this mess out But I will never use hotel.com again because they misled me And they charged my credit card Without notifying me that they were notified of the problem And I will make sure that I put it On the media about hotel.com and what they've done and show transcripts And also the messages I got from the hotel when I was in there talking to him because I recorded it and it went into a text message So I will make sure that the people in the United States and all overreads this And understands that hotel.com Is not a good Business to do dealings with

Arrive at 5pm tried several times over 3 hours to check in no staff would answer door. they would not answer their phone .the place had several hookers in parking lot and drug deals were going on. Could not check in. No staff

Without a doubt, this is the worst place I've ever been to. Had a bad feeling as soon as my Uber driver dropped me off, at around 8 pm. As I walked into the reception desk, the smell to marihuana knocked me down. Then my room, dirty and in a terrible condition. Again, the smell to marihuana. After a shower, I gave it a try to sleeping, being even afraid of touching the bed. At about 4 am someone clearly drunk was knocking on my door. The person left, but at that moment I decided to book me another hotel for my remaining two days stay, and left at around 5:30 am. If anything, I appreciate the property only charging me for one night.

This place stole my money. Tried to check in at 5pm and no one would answer the door...tried later and no one would answer door...could not check in tried for 2 hours..... parking lot was full of hookers and drug dealers..nasty area of town.. dont trust the place or the owner.

There was cereal on the floor from a previous occupant. There were no towels. The bedding was dingy and torn. The windows didn't lock. Considering the price for hotels in the area, it was probably accurately priced but there was definitely some information left out of the description that should have been included.

The hotel is run down and in a seedy neighborhood. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe so we decided not to stay there.

Do not stay here...it is not a place to stay. Needs to be condemned. Taxis, Uber, shuttles,etc do not want to travel even close by to this place.

It was a place for hooker and drug sales. We did not stay because they didn’t have a clean room at 9 pm. The sink was leaking and the hookers were looking for a John.

DONT GO HERE. This is a dump used by prostitutes. Floors sticky, rugs dirty, curtains and bedspreads torn; toilet had a cigarette butt and hair in it. Sheets stained but clean, I hoped. No bedbugs, anyway. I stayed 1 night because it's close to the airport, I had an early plane and it was cheaper than decent airport hotels--and they already had my money. If I'd gotten in earlier I would have made a fast exit. My Uber driver told me that there are several fleabags like this in close proximity, just blocks away from decent airport hotels. Stick with quality brand names in that vicinity.
