Very unsafe - could not even check in. Nobody there. Prostitutes and drug dealers lurking everywhere. This place is a hotel for prostitution- u less you are looking for this, don’t stay.

Place was smelly, dirty and unsafe. Staff was polite.

This place is a dump and should not be listed.

THIS PROPERTY SHOULD NOT BE SOLD VIA EXPEDIA OR ANYONE ELSE. I HAD BOOKED WITH EXPEDIA FOR NIGHTS OF 18,19 JULY. SO YOU EXPECT A ROOM ON ARRIVAL WHATEVER TIME (CONDITION IS ANOTHER ISSUE). PROPERTY TOLD ME EXPEDIA HAD OVERBOOKED THEM, AND SINCE I ARRIVED LATE, NO ROOMS LEFT. CALLED 15 OTHER HOTELS, NO ROOMS, HAD TO SLEEP IN CAR. BOOKED 19TH ELSEWHERE AT CONSIDERABLE EXTRA EXPENSE. WAS ALSO BOOKED IN FOR NIGHT OF 22/7. DID STAY ON THIS OCCASION. AREA SEEMS SO UNSAFE YOU HAVE TO BUZZ-IN ON CAMERA TO GAIN ENTRY. NOTICE AT DOOR ABOUT ROOM 'GUESTS' STAYING OVER 20 MINUTES WOULD BE CHARGED EXTRA, IMPLIES THE PLACE IS USED BY LADIES OF THE NIGHT. STICKY FILTHY CARPET, MATRESSES PROPPED UP ON CORRIDOR WALLS. SO CHEAP THE CORRIDOR LIGHTS ONLY CAME ON ON MOTION SENSORS. BARRICADED MYSELF IN THE ROOM. BEDSHEET APPEARED CLEAN BUT BLACK MARKS AND STAINS. NO UPPER SHEET ONLY A BLANKET CLEARLY NOT FRESH. SLEPT IN MY CLOTHES!! BATHROOM OK WITH HOT WATER BUT TILE 'STICKY' TO MY SHOES (WHICH I NEVER TOOK OFF). I KNOW IT WAS ALASKA HIGH SEASON, THIS FOR significantly lower price than known chains, I UNDERSTAND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, HOWEVER THERE ARE BASIC STANDARDS. THINK I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO SLEEP IN CAR AGAIN! ALSO THE OVERBOOKED EXPERIENCE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FROM EXPEDIA. WILL BE CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A RESOLUTION.

STAY THERE. WE HAD TO LEAVE AND FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL

This is not a safe area, do not stay here. The buzzer system doesn't allow you to walk in, so you have to wait outside with less than desirable company. When you walk in, there is smokey incense burning to try to cover up the smell. In the first room, the single lane window with no screen was locked open with a dingey cloth hanging over it. The second room I changed into, was pretty much the same. Stains were everywhere on the carpet, holes in the spring boards, the pillow cases were stained with makeup, and when I asked for new ones they brought me up 2 "new" pillowcases that were also stained with makeup. The towel was dirty, there was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands and almost no toilet paper to use when you try to use the broken toilet that wouldn't flush. There were nail clippings on the bed and blood stains on the floor. People shouting in the hallway and the sound of cars and people outside provides a white noise to help you sleep....despite it, the staff were nice and did try to help. All and all AVOID THIS PLACE!

Arrived at hotel to find prostitutes inside and outside. Drugs being done. Got into our room to find burn holesin carpet, window wide open with no sceen. Stains on bed sheets. Iron burn on floor. The bathroom door was covered in sharpie with offensive writing. The door wouldn't even lock to the room. Couldn't go anywhere being our flight came in at 2pm and arrived at hotel at 230am in the morning. No water available to purchase to drink only soda from a machine. The worst 5 hours spent trying to sleep till morning came so we could get out of there. Also found out that there have been 3 people murded there. NOT what I wanted to here!!!

Hotels.com never made the reservation! I was left on the street at midnight with nowhere to go! The place itself was shabby.

Staff made sure you are safe.
