Dangerous area

The pictures are false. This place is heinous. Manager leaned out a window and started screaming "no rooms, no reservations " I spoke with her shortly and with relief drove away. Do not stay here.

Got in at about 2:30 a.m.. Window in room was broken. Stinks bad of cigarette smoke. People smoking everywhere. It look like a pimp and ho convention in the lobby. Out of toilet paper and had problem getting more. My shop rages are in better condition than the towels, so a shower was out of the question. At 3:00 a.m. it sounded like they started a wash machine close by. The sound vibrations were in the bed. At 4:00 a.m. I complained to the front desk about the noise, no action taken. I peaked out in the parking lot then and it looked like they had a security issue, glad I didn’t park there. Got little to no sleep the entire night. This dump needs to be condemned by the city. We were 50/50 thinking to back to the airport and sleep in the waiting area, it would have been better.

We didnt stay at this hotel as we were scared approaching the entrance.

When we arrived, we saw a black man that was guarding the door. We had to ring the door bell, to be met by a toothless, dirty woman who advised us “no children.” That it was for people”walking” the streets. She said we didn’t have a reservation and that they didn’t take reservations. How do we get our money back as we went through Hotels.com? Who do we contact?

The location is good but mostly homeless people live there. This is not a usual hotel.

This is not a hotel, it's a nightmare. The room I was put in had bare bones and very shabby (no garbage can, no soap, one set of towels set on the bed). It was a rooming house for vagrants. There were several people hanging out in the front and there was a secure entry but you have to be buzzed in, no access with your room key (that took 3 tries and then a phone call to the front desk). When I realized that my shoes were sticking to the CARPET and leaving a trail into the bathroom I was disgusted. I put a towel down just to stretch my feet but when the towel started soaking up a brown substance from the carpet I was out of there! I have reported this place to Hotels.com and hopefully they are removed from the site.

This place is a dump, full of druggies, homeless people and prostitutes. And it's located in the middle of nowhere. The receptionist Valeria and the handyman were polite and helpful, but still... avoid this place (which is not cheap) and run for your life. Even Uber drivers avoid driving there. Why do web pages list this place? They should remove it, before a client gets hurt or something worse.I am serious.

Dont book they oversell and won't honor your reservation. They also don't have an airport shuttle as advertised. If you complain about being on the street for the nigjt they will scream at you and threaten trespass.
