Chelsea Inn Hotel

The blanket has holes from cigarette, the floor is dirty, and there is not trash can in the room nor bathroom. Also, it smells like cigarettes everywhere

You should not recommend this establishment.The property was run down and the clientele was sketchy.

Terrible place with prostitution and heavy drug presence

This is the most horrible place I have ever stayed. The listing says they have free shuttle service. When I called from the airport, the person was very rude, stating they don't have shuttle service. The building is falling apart, inside and out. I didn't feel safe at all. The room I stayed in was so dirty. Only one very dim light worked. The window was open, with no screen and there was no way to close it. I was awake all night because of people outside yelling in the parking lot. The lobby area was barely visible because there were no lights on. This is not a hotel, it is more like a building that should be condemned! Do not stay there. Spend a little extra and have the peace of mind that you are safe and in a clean place!

The most horrible hotel I ever stay in whole my life! Bed bugs,junkies, prostitutes.... Not safe You can get robbed, stubbed,killed... Don't go there,pay 50,60 bucks more and get yourself a better stay.

I didn't like anything and it was extremely unsafe

The area greets you with a pungent aroma of cannabis, the parking was poorly lit, as were the hallways & rooms. Missing smoke detectors , screens on windows, lightbulbs, loose sink, and 1 towel start the list of issues. The screaming in the early dawn just topped off the stay. Our intentions were to stay in a local non chain establishment spending our tourist dollars local, this was a bad choice.

Arrived at 10:30 pm but was not able to check in. No one available in person or via phone. Hotels.com was not able to reach them by phone either! The listing states it’s fully refundable, but after I was not able to check in, I tried to cancel it, and it says that I’m not able to cancel it and no refund available! This listing needs to be removed from Hotels.com!
