Chelsea Inn Hotel

They don’t even have a computer so they wouldn’t honor my booking that I scheduled on this website. And they conditions of the room were unsanitary.

I never checked in they had no room for me it was very inconvenient as I arrived late into town I had to book a different hotel on my own probley won't use your service again

The people were on drugs. Not an assumption, they were actually on something like zombies. It was dark inside, the staff weee zombies, felt very unsafe, and left right after we got in to the lobby and had a look around.

The place is not really a hotel, it's a homeless shelter. It should not be called a hotel. The smell was disgusting.

A bad experience

Front desk was friendly and polite. Good value for traveller, if you have a budget to travel and look for good rate. This hotel is recommended. The door has secure lock to ensure guest safety thats A

Tourists!! Don’t stay here!! I work as a seasonal employee in Denali. Had 8 hours to kill in Anchorage, so I got a room here. First off, it seems like a homeless/prostitution hotel. People coming and going at all hours of the night. But the biggest issue for me was the blatant distribution of drugs in the parking lot, and it seems the night shift at the hotel is in cahoots with this activity. Seems dangerous in the area already, then add the drug sales and sketchy activity at the hotel itself…. Way too much for this guy.

I stayed this hotel on 8/24/2023. It was a horrible experience. The room is very small, dark and dirty. I was worked up by tick or bed bug bites. I killed several of them and some blood on bed sheet. I end up sitting through the rest of night. I told the hotel stuff and was told that they are going to report to the hotel manager. No one contact me since then. I really like to ask for refund. They should take this seriously and do something about it.

The room smelt like cigarettes, damp towels, and definitely not what’s advertised online. I would steer clear!

The toilet was not clean. Place can be noisy sometimes. The hotel manager woke me up at around 3am (she knocked on wrong door) and it was impossible for me to fall back to sleep.
