Location was incredible, staff was lovely and recommended an incredible restaurant for our honeymoon

It was difficult to figure out how to turn the lights on or off and some of our electrical outlets didn't work. Probably user error but it didn't impact our trip as we were able to still charge our devices

Lovely olde-worlde hotel with a real sense of history. Spacious room, comfy beds and even a small balcony. (The train noise didn't bother us but you might want to take earplugs. Having said that, some were provided on the pillows!) It couldn't be more convenient for the station - it's just opposite the main entrance! Great breakfast and excellent staff. I certainly hope to return! Thank-you

Its closeness to the railway station as this made it convenient with heavy suitcases. Unfortunately this made it quite noisy due to it being a busy area, earplugs were provided which was a nice touch

The breakfast staff weren’t the friendliest which is a shame as the reception staff were very nice.
