Location, friendly staff

Given a bad room. Room ANGUS opens directly into reception and is on ground floor next to street. Woken by late arrivals into reception and noisy car on street at 6am each morning - car literally right beside the window. Shower is in room with no door or ventilation so room got damp from moisture. Not much privacy either. Can’t speak for other rooms but this was worst we’ve stayed in. Also, room not serviced.

Fantastic little hotel right next to the Garrucha (small cable car). Its a 5 min walk to the central square so you are in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood but really cloae to the action. The rooms are large and with the BEST SHOWER in Colombia! Breakfast was delcious and can be served on the verandah so you can watch the many birds while you eat. Friendly staff who were always ready yo help with questions. A great place to stay with a welcomiing atmosphere..we ended up staying 2 extra days!

This beautiful blue hotel is the place to stay in Jardín. The rooms are comfortable, shower spacious, and the breakfast on the balcony is just divine. Perfect location to explore the city and surrounding hikes. Also a lovely team with the owner and front of house manager. Highly recommend

The location was bad, noise from funicular station outside, playing loud music.

Nice place with great location on the edge of town so it’s quiet at night. You can walk to anywhere in town in 10 min. It is also close to hiking trails and next to the La GARRUCHA cable transport. The host, Maresico, was a great host and so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

The hotel is small with about 7 rooms which was nice. The young man Maricio at the front desk was super helpful and nice and the women who cooked breakfast and cleaned were the same. Breakfast was simple and the same every day but certainly enough and good. The decor is fun and felt very homey. Beautiful view from the balconeys over looking the gorgeous mountains. A short (10-15 minutes walk through the town to the center. Very clean comfortable nice place. Recommend.

The location is fantastic. It’s away from town so it’s quiet and nice but close enough to easily walk to restaurants and the plaza. There is everything one needs for a comfortable stay.

The walls are very thin and the rooms downstairs are really close to the kitchen so it’s hard to feel like there is privacy or an opportunity to sleep in and really kick back vacation style. I would not recommend this locations for couples. It also feels like it was expensive for what it is.
