My stay was good. I had fun my only issue is that the hotel does not offer a Continental breakfast. I had to pay for coffee and toast. Its my first time staying at a hotel that doesn't have any coffee maker in the room.

The property is run down and dirty. I didn’t get any wash cloth. The wifi didn’t work in the room. Property location is very good but this hotel needs a lot of work.

The air conditioning did not work, and the matter was not addressed throughout the entire stay. The doors could not be opened to let in fresh air, given that the air conditioner was not working and the television also did not work.

The location was good near the city

The Internet was bad. The building is old. What's on the site is not what was offered there wad no pool for my children ,they charge way more then what the site said.

The food, service and ambience were excellent. Top Tier!!! Our servers were Cristal and Garvin and they were polite, respectful, paid keep attention, very professional, knowledgeable and had a joyful personality. I love them!! Our team had a great evening. Chef Foster came out to greet and thanked us. Nice touch! I would highly recommend you all to visit. Thanks again Team Rok.
