Excellent service from checking in to checking out my favorite place for a small getaway

Second time at this property and the stay was great. I was able to visit more dining options and I can confirm there are a lot of great eats around and in walking distance.

La ubicación era ideal para mí, ya que se encontraba cerca de donde tenía que trabajar. El colchón de la cama y las sábanas son confortables.

Falta mantenimiento. La limpieza. Las sábanas estaban sucias, no las habían cambiado del huesped anterior. Solicité cambio de habítación. En la habitación nueva, misma situación. Al cambiarme me percaté que había comida en la alfomrba, muy sucio. En una no había bata de baño y en la otra sí. En una habitación faltaba una silla. En general pareciera como que están pendientes de esos detalles que deberían estar supervisados en un hotel como lo es Quinta Real. Creo que ahora entiendo el descuento en el precio a la hora que hice la reservación. La atención de llegada y de salida por parte del staff fue bastante básica, no amable y cordial como hubiera esperado.

Our experience at La Quinta Real was very disappointing. The room we were assigned was in poor condition: the towels were old, the furniture was worn out, and the carpet was dirty and stained. I had to call three times before someone finally came to clean. It’s truly a shame to see such a beautiful hotel being neglected in this way—it’s no longer what it used to be. Out of the four nights we had booked, we ended up canceling and moving to another hotel. I mentioned all of this to the front desk agent at checkout, who said he would inform the manager immediately. We went to have breakfast and later returned to ask if the manager had checked the room, but the agent only said he was “in the process.” We then sat in the lobby for a while waiting for our transportation, yet the manager never appeared to introduce himself or address us. I made it clear to the staff that I would share my experience publicly if no one followed up with us—and since no one did, here I am sharing my review. Sadly, La Quinta Real has lost the charm and quality it once had.

El trato del personal del hotel y la comodidad del propio hotel, el check in bien, la ubicación para los fines que yo necesitaba fue buena.

El restaurante esta malo y caro, un par de huevos revueltos con jamón cuesta un poco mas de 500 pesos, es muy caro, el sabor regular, la presentación y las porciones malas, estaba acompañado de un tamal miniatura, el pan tostado lo trajeron quemado y el servicio regular.
