Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and answered all our questions.

I found the pillows to be a little hard for my likening.

Location

Needs updating and bathroom door squeaked. Desk staff said they have known about it for a while. I said it should be fixed and he said you can’t except housekeeping to oil it all the time. Stupid answer. Fix it! He also stood around the breakfast area like he was keeping an eye on us. Did he think we were going to steal a muffin? Breakfast was included in the price.

Breakfast was fine. Hotel a little outdated with shower/tub combination. I would stay again it was not terrible just not what I am accustomed to. Could have done without the barking dog but it was not constant so it was ok.

Clean and comfortable modern room and bed; helpful staff, especially checking in. Pet friendly is great though my pets stay home.

Wow this has been an eye opener, what a fabulous hotel . It sparked my joy

Thus Spark is simple, spare,no amenities. Rooms are spartan, bathrooms tio however it is clean, everything works, a reasinabke location and the price is righr. Coffee was good..breakfast, nothing to write home about but there is a diner axross the street.

Jeff was especially helpful in solving an issue. Only complaint was the fact that no one told us that there was only house keeping service every other day
