it was ok for 1 night

Hotel is currently under remodel but my room was ok. Staff were friendly. Hotel was quiet and i slept better in the bed than i do at home. Super comfortable. I would definitely stay again. I actually stayed 5 days but came for move in weekend.

Upon checking into my hotel room it discovered that the floor was covered in paint/caulking and was very scuffed up. The bed was unmade and the sheets were covered in dirt and hair. The smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, the AC was covered in a thick coat of dust. The ceiling fan the bathroom was hanging from the roof by wires and the room itself held a foul odour. When this information was present to front desk staff, they did not seem surprised and were not supportive. They simply told us we could leave and stay elsewhere, they did not try to correct the situation.

The 2 ladies working the front desk were extremely nice and tried to accommodate us with a decent room during their complete remodel in process. But I wish that I had known about the major tear down this place was in and I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I think maybe a year or so from now they will be better able to offer decent rooms.

Positives; service, lighting in room, recliner negatives; under construction, no breakfast, coffee creamer locked up [?], MINI-fridge-no shelves, broken rack on door, outside security doors do not lock - was worth the price, might stay again if construction completed, including fridge

If you love dirty spotted bedding it’s the place to go. Also questionable stuff floating in toilet. Nothing in room was clean. Mold in windows. Definitely was not clean

First clue was the guy working on a bike right at the entrance. HORRIBLE CONDITIONS DO NOT BOOK

Felt unsafe when pulling up - bought a trailer hitch lock when we got there and noticed some entry doors into the hallway from outside did not have locks. Rooms have been updated but hallways are dated. Booked a double room and was given a single so didn't actually stay at the property.
