The hall on the 4th floor smelled of mildew as dis the room. The vests for the AC in the room were also dirty

Room needed some painting. Mud was on the bathroom walls and not completed with sanding and paint. Not enough lighting in the bathroom. Shower floor wasn't completely cleaned. Bath towels were a little rough

No luggage carts only two (2) available. After a long drive and a disability this was very stressful getting settled in. The staff offered laundry carts to move luggage. I thought this was putting your staff in a very unreasonable situation to have them explain short comings that management should address and not your clients. The 3rd floor hallways smelled a little musty. For a college town I felt it underperformed as a descent stay.

The front desk staff was amazing. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly. They were attentive and friendly.

Unfortunately, there was a very provocative photo shoot going on in the pool area so my four children were not able to swim. There were girls and thong, bikinis and cameraman and umbrellas and lights and scrubs. It was a little crazy.
