I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was so disappointing that I feel other travellers should be aware. We booked and fully paid for two rooms for two nights for two families travelling a long distance to enjoy a weekend in Miami. Upon arrival, we were shocked to be informed that there was no availability for our reservation, despite having confirmed bookings and payment already having been taken. The front desk manager, Mrs Ludy Gonzales, advised us that alternative accommodation would be arranged at another hotel. Although we were understandably unhappy, we were reassured that the replacement hotel would be of a similar standard and that all transportation and accommodation costs would be covered. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of a very stressful evening. After arriving at the second hotel at approximately 8:00 PM, we were informed that we had been sent to the wrong location and should have been accommodated at a different branch altogether. This transfer had been arranged by the original hotel, yet nobody appeared to know where we were actually supposed to be staying. As a result, I had to arrange and pay for another taxi myself to reach a third hotel. When we finally arrived at the third property, the situation became even worse. Despite our original reservation already being fully paid, we were asked to pay again. We were left waiting in the lobby for over an hour while staff attempted to resolve the issue. By this point, it was almost 11:00 PM, and our children were exhausted and asleep in the reception area. To make matters worse, our credit card was charged again for the accommodation without our authorisation, without any receipt being provided, and without us signing any payment agreement. The charge exceeded $1,400 for the two rooms. We were later informed that the original hotel had failed to settle payment with the third property, despite earlier assurances that all arrangements and payments had been taken care of. Months later, we are still attempting to recover these funds, with little to no assistance from the hotel. We have made numerous attempts to resolve the matter through emails and phone calls, but despite several exchanges, nobody has accepted responsibility or offered a satisfactory resolution. The entire experience was disorganised, stressful, and completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, coordination, accountability, and customer care fell far below the standards expected from any reputable hotel. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend considering alternative accommodation. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Dylan at the beach was awesome making us feel at home and setting up camp in a comfortable lounge chair and cold water. Overall our time here at the Cadillac has been GREAT. Very nice place, nice Pool, nice lobby. Rooms are clean. Easy to get around hotel and restaurant is also great. Oscar took GREAT care of us at the morning buffet. We will be back!

I loved the atmosphere at the pool, the food is great and the staff does an excellent service making the vibe even better.

Angelo and Kirby were so nice and attentive at the pool- such a great environment! The concierge desk was also very accommodating during our stay!

Room was very comfortable with nice views of beach and pools. Good location with nice swimming pools and beach On site restaurant and beach bar cafe - but priced ridiculously expensive to us. Ocean drive only a short ride away and worth a visit. Hotel more suited to families

I sent this email 2 days ago and I still haven’t had a reply. I sent it to info@cadillachotelmiamibeach.com So I sent it direct to concierge and still no reply. This is absolutely disgusting customer service. The fact that I have to keep chasing a response. I stayed at your hotel from the 15th of May to the 19th. My son‘s Gucci watch was stolen on the 18th of May and I promptly reported it to security. As I was leaving at 6 am the following morning I didn’t have much time to follow up, however I was reassured that you were contact me by email. It has now been three days and I have not heard a word of your hotel. This experience has left me feeling really distressed and ruined what should’ve been a very special occasion for my son‘s 21st birthday. On the day it was stolen I could t leave the hotel for my final night in Miami as I was so upset and had to deal with security. It ruined my stay. The watch was left on the side when we went out and when we came back it had gone. The beds were made so obviously the maid had been in. It was only the maid that could’ve taken it. It was a diamond Gucci watch in silver. Not only expensive but sentimental. My 14 year-old son failed to tell me that he had taken it off otherwise I would’ve placed it in the safe however my valuables should’ve been safe regardless and I want to know what is being done about it. Furthermore the maid never brushed the floor once in four days which I wasn’t to bothered and wouldn’t have reported her but the stealing of the watch is absolutely disgusting and I’ve heard nothing. No apology. No reassurance it is being dealt with. Nothing.
