We booked a 550 square foot room King bed,Ocean View and Balcony. We got a 250 square foot room with View of high rise across from us and Side view of Ocean. When we paid 725.oo a night. When we asked hotel to help us they were rude and wrote us off. They really could not have cared less! They gave us a 50 day resort fee credit after visiting the front desk 4 times in 2 days kindly asking for assistance! We were so kind and they were RUDE and unprofessional. We work very hard and that was a much needed vacation. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere on Collins Ave. We loved Eden ROC and Fountainbleau What has happened to manners and kindness!!

Chris V is the BEST EVER!! My group had some who needed to be in sun and some not on the beach and he perfectly aligned us and was so patient!!! The nicest guy ever!! I hope each day we're here we have his help, because he is 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!!! Moved what we needed and was so helpful kind and funny. We loved every second with him!! Highly recommend! Get this guy promoted ASAP!!!
