"Miami Beach Boutique Hotel Gem!"

Great experience all-around! Check-in was a breeze; they had my room ready at noon. Exceptional service, from the doormen, concierge, front desk, housekeeping, and beach service. Specially shout out to our amazing housekeeper who went above and beyond. Same with Gio at the beach who went the extra mile to find us a spot in between 2 cabanas so our chairs wouldn’t have an obstructed view of the ocean. He was quick and efficient and set up our umbrella to our liking. It’s the little things!! Well done, Cadillac Hotel. Great location too; there are brunch gems within walking distance, great coffee attached to the hotel, and the boardwalk is awesome. 😎 🤩

"Yasmry, Angelo, and Kirby are amazing!!"

We had an amazing experience at the pool cabana at the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, and a huge part of that was thanks to Yasmry, Angelo, and Kirby. From the moment we arrived, they made sure everything was perfect and took incredible care of us the entire time. They were attentive, professional, and super friendly — always checking in at the right moments without being overbearing. Drinks came quickly, everything stayed clean and organized, and they made the whole experience feel relaxed and effortless.
