Not loud, clean , nice staff

A very fine and meticulously clean place to stay.

Comfortable. Weird stain in bath, perhaps someone was coloring their hair. Did not have cleaning service show up. Breakfast choices were minimal, not where I want to start my day. Was surprised about the parking fee since I did not notice it in paperwork with Hotels.com. Overall nice stay, good location.

Pool was closed. Lots of construction mess

This is my favorite hotel in Houston. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The gym is so-so, which is fine with me. The smell of the new Asian restaurant overwhelms the lobby, but this seems to be improving, and there are numerous Asian customers in the restaurant, so I am interested in trying it. I like the Starbucks/bar. I find the prices reasonable. So far I only ordered coffee, but the food selection looks good. We will stay here again.

Great hotel! Check in was super fast and easy. It’s modern in the inside. They have a bar which I did not expect, so I was able to wind down at the hotel. Definitely recommend. Also a great location for easy access to the galleria and medical center.

Excessive to charge $15 every day for parking, that too in not guarded parking. Hotels like this should provide free parking for guests

Staff very friendly

Avoid at all costs and do not pay for breakfast. When we arrived, hotel did not have the room we had paid for, which two beds, and we had to get a different room with a single bed and then change half-way through. Breakfast was inedible. They had parfaits which were expired and moldy. Like, full mold growth. They made eggs which were so tough and rubbery we literally could not cut them with a metal knife or chew through. They only had one person on staff who had to take the order and then run back and cook the order, which meant there was no one at the front for 30 minutes at a time. good luck getting a single coffee if you're in a hurry.
