Perfectly maintained and super-friendly employees, who seem happy to work there. The place is relatively expenses because it’s genuine luxury, and luxurius just because it is expensive. Paradise on Earth.

Goodness, this was an amazing stay. Staff, cleanliness and food was exceptional. Especially enjoyed afternoon tea and the sunset boat ride. Breakfast offered such an array of wonderful, delicious consumptions. Massala tea - the best! Great evening entertainment. We stayed in a Heritage villa with a private pool and was wonderful having a semi outside bathroom - really enjoyed our 5 nights.

Only slight improvement would be some more comfy loungers by villa pool. But this was so minor and didn't spoil our stay at all.

"Чудове місце для тихого відпочинку та глибокого відновлення"

Дуже красиве місце, доглянута територія, багато птахів та дрібних тварин. Справжнє єднання із природою. Чудовий власний невеликий басейн у віллі. Оформлення вілли. Коктейлі та інші напої в барі. Активності. Спа центр (масажі чудові). Відчуття, що про нас по-справжньому подбали.

Для мене було забагато уваги від персоналу. Але я вперше в Індії і можливо просто не знаю їх звичаїв :).

"5* property with excellent service in beautiful backwaters"

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful for relaxing and dining in the seafood restaurant was a delight by the lake as we spotted otters and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was also excellent with plentiful breakfast and good strong coffee. We borrowed bikes to cycle through the backwaters and also recommend the canal boat cruise - we saw so many beautiful birds. The complimentary yoga was also a great way to start the morning. We also enjoyed swimming in the meandering pool and our room was enormous with very comfortable bed.

It was all perfect. The WIFI is extra and could be better. Other than steamed vegetables there was a lack of interesting vegetable based dishes.
