"NEVER AGAIN!"

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! Stay away if you don’t want to be wrongfully charged! We spent 8 hours in the airport and 8 hours in the air yesterday, so didn’t get to the hotel until after 1am. The check in was good. The front desk attendant was kind and accommodating. But this morning after my husband got out of the shower, both smoke alarms went off. Omar Luna, the front desk attendant, was super rude about it. Then at breakfast we were notified of a $100 charge on the credit card. Turns out they were charging us for 2 missing pillows! These pillows are tiny and not worth $50 a piece, so why I would steal them is beyond me. Omar refused to give us his managers name, or contact information and refused to look in our luggage (only one suitcase and one beach bag) to ensure we weren’t stealing any pillows. Obviously whoever cleaned the rooms before our arrival mistakingly missed 2 pillows!! But now we’re paying for that mistake. I WILL NEVER stay here again, and may not stay at any choice hotels again! Absolutely ridiculous!
