One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was the pool and hot tub. I even checked before hand that they were open. After getting the code from the front desk, I found out the hot tub was ice cold. When I told the front desk about it, he replied that he knew and that the heater has been out for some time. When I expressed my frustration with this, he reminded me that it was just an amenity. To which I replied it was one I made my decision off of. I didn't even consider hotels without one!
