"Create location and great front desk, staff, but the cleaning staff did not meet expectation."

Chet at the front desk was exceptional! Even though he was really busy, he took the time to help me get the things that I needed for the room.

The room was not cleaned when I arrived. The hotel was already full and the cleaning staff had already gone home so the front desk person helped me get everything cleaned up in the room so that I feel comfortable staying.

"Great hotel, location, shuttle and staff"

Had an airport delay and needed a room for the night. So happy I chose this hotel. Close to airport, clean, staff was accommodating and the airport shuttle was a bonus!

Close to airport. Easy check in. Bed a little hard. Breakfast at 6 am, but we left before that. Good restaurants in the area.

We received a call telling us the tv did not work and they could not give us another room. Even though they had other rooms. Because we had already booked it. They could only refund our money back. We have been traveling all day and expected to be able to have a room at 9:30 at night. . And receive the call, they could not do anything about it. That is why I'm giving it this rating of terrible.
