The room was clean but needs repairs in the bathtub. Front desk clerk clerk was never there and when they did show was not pleasant. Parking was really good.

"Midrange hotel, poor customer service."

I have been evaluating hotels for my company to use when we visit Boise, I was looking into the comfort suites and thought I had made a decision to choose this brand of hotels for our company until checking out today. I needed an extra 20 minutes to get out of my room and when I pick up the phone in the room to call the front desk, it didn’t work, so I called them from my cell phone.and in calling the front desk to let them to ask for an extra 15 to 20 minutes he wouldn’t even let me state my purpose before cutting me off and telling me do we have no late checkouts available. And I tried to explain to him again what I needed that I just needed 15 or 20 minutes and he refused to listen. Upon leaving, I was trying to tell him and I quote…..These are my direct words… “you would do well to let people finish what they’re saying before cutting them off “and he got snarky and said “you know what, you have a good day” … And I will. I will have a great day knowing that I have not yet recommended this one to my company and saving my employees from this type of experience. I’ll be looking for a different line of hotels to recommend now because the customer service here was good until it wasn’t. Saving money on my corporate account is important to me but not as important as compromising my employees experience while traveling. Step up your game comfort suites, you can do better.

Very old, not updated, sauna not working, jets in jacuzzi not working. Very very old , terrible smell in rooms, curtains falling off hooks. Looks like owner doesn’t want spend money to upgrade. Very sad.
