Love the kitchen in the room! Worked perfectly for our new years stay with multiple families.

Amount of chlorine in the pool. It was a lot but it was a busy time.

We had a very good time. The hotel is very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. It had an amazing view of the natural landscape.

I love how updated our room was. The bathroom big, but not as updated as the rest of the room.

One of the outlets next to the bed didn’t work and we had a cpap machine.

Good location and friendly staff.

The room had a strong odor, smelled like curry, so we were moved into a different room. And that room smelled like fried foods or takeout. But the first room was worse, and we didn't want to go through another room change. The hotel is configured oddly so it feels like a maze finding your room if your assigned to a higher number room. Some rooms are updated and others aren't, so you won't know what you'll get.

Love being able to walk to most bars n restaurants

I’ve said it before but there should not be children allowed in the hot tub. My bf stayed 4. Nights and couldn’t even get in there one time bc there were always 10 plus children in there! Very disappointing, may be our last stay there and we’ve been going almost 10 years. Also the fireplace in our room made a loud ticking noise non stop so we couldn’t even use that.

This hotel is alright. It really depends on your luck of the draw when it comes to rooms. From my understanding the rooms are “condos”. All are modeled differently and could be newer or some outdated. We were on the too floor and the upstairs is open air. So heat rises so it was warm. It felt clean for the most part. Dishwasher in our room did not work. Location is great if you want to be close to downtown. Our stay wasn’t terrible, but expected a little more.
