The bed was so uncomfortable 😫 It had humps and was one sided

We checked in to The Cove on 12/18/25 and we were staying to visit family until 1/5/26. We wanted a rental that had a kitchen with fridge, stove top and oven. On 12/19/25 we found the kitchen sink was clogged and something red was sprayed all over the fridge. After notifying the front desk, we moved to another unit on 12/19/25 and after running the dishwasher in this unit, it spouted from a vent on the countertop all over the kitchen floor and the sofa felt like you were sitting on the floor. On 12/22/25 we moved for a SECOND time to another unit that had no stove but it was all that was available. When trying to use the stove top we found that only one burner worked. We did not want to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner out every day so we moved to another unit for the THIRD time on 12/26! We found the whole experience at The Cove very poor. The front desk personnel were sympathetic and apologetic. When the Manager asked for feedback, we wrote him with our experience and never heard back! Their solution was to wave $25 in resort fees for 8 days out of 19 when we feel we should not have been charged for the units that were not in working order. Plenty of other places to stay in Lake Genva! Don't bother booking here! Shame on the owners for not maintaining their units! George and Sue
