The Cove of Lake Geneva

Had a nice, relaxing weekend in a lovely hotel, with shops and restaurants only a short walk away. Was clean and well-stocked with a lot of little amenities that made the visit very comfortable. Also loved the whirlpool tub.

Clean rooms, walking distance to everything very accommodating

This was my third year staying at The Cove for my spring vacation - I don't think I've ever slept half as well on vacation as I do here.

One TV in the room did not work

Location is great.

Bar /restaurant closed earlier then expected.

Great room and amenities. Pool and hot temp disapoints. Also air temp in pool room. We mentioned this to a employee and response was, oh we get that alot. Not a good answer.

The entire staff made us feel valued and welcomed, but I especially want to recognize Sam and Treasure for going above and beyond in every possible way. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth transformed our stay into something truly extraordinary. Every thoughtful touch—from the beautiful flowers in our room to their sincere efforts to ensure everything was perfect—made the weekend feel uniquely personal and filled with love. They created an atmosphere where we felt not just like guests, but like family. Our vow renewal was a deeply meaningful moment for our family, and thanks to Sam and Treasure, it became a cherished memory that we will hold in our hearts forever. Lake Geneva Cove exceeded every expectation, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a place that blends elegance, comfort, and genuine compassion in every detail.
