"Never stay on a Saturday nite, if u want to relax at all!"

Location to Downtown Lake Geneva. It had a hot tub pool and restaurant attached

No Hot water. We ran full red “hot water” setting in showers after maintenance “fixed” it and only had luke/medium warm water. Prior to fix we had no warm/hot water. Heavy weed/marijuana in hallways and in lower bathroom when running exhaust. Sat nite hot tub full…relaxing not possible….After 10pm it WASNOT quiet on Sat night!!!!! Door slamming, laughing, loud TV, clomping/running down hallway from 10pm to 2am on and off. Having bed/bedroom near hallway door was odd design plus echoing ramps clomping made sleep impossible…poor design. Will never stay there again. Sun nite was quieter but weed vapers gave me a headache!

Room, Location, Staff, Cleanliness, Everything Was Great. We will be looking for some Summer Events to come to. I know about the Horseback riding but not sure what else happen over the Summer.

"Galentines party"

The room was so nice! We planned a little valentines event with our friends and we had enough room to set up a photo shoot with our friends who’s a photographer, the kitchen was big enough to make dinner for 8 people, we all sat around playing games and watching movies all night! Plus the pool and hot tub were huge so all 8 of us fit very comfortably!

"Great amenities"

I stayed here for a girls weekend in February 2026. The restaurant and bar had great staff, food and beverage! Along with the pool are being large and clean. The suite was dated and no option for lake views. Overall, a nice property.
