"Excellent"

Great hotel, great location, amazing staff! Breakfast was absolutely horrible though. The rooftop pool was incredible, however the steps to come down from the pool were soaking wet on one occasion and I slipped down them, bruising my back and legs. Overall a good stay apart from the breakfast.

Smart card entry door was extremely difficult to open, needed help all the time. Replacing door knobs with door handles will greatly help. Providing coffee/tea facility in the room will be of great help for overseas guests.

Very friendly staff great location. Rooms were clean but older. Bed was uncomfortable with a very thin hard mattress and pillows were very soft (too soft!). Over good continental breakfast available but very limited hours for food. wifi was reliable in room and lobby. Many shops, restaurants and places to Visit nearby. Train Station directly infront.

Hotel was in nice area close to metro, had stayed in hotel a few years ago, but the hotel room this time felt a little tired, needed a bit of a update. Breakfast and breakfast staff were great 👍

"Great hotel, awesome breakfast"

The hotel is really nice. Its located outside of the main city attractions but there is a metro station 4min walk away. The breakfast was amazing! I definitely liked it better than the dinner at the Hotel restaurant. The pool was nice and clean. I had a great experience, I definitely recommend it.

"Comfortable hotel close to Metro stop"

A fine alternative to more expensive hotels near conference centre. Excellent breakfasts and near a variety of restaurants. Good supermarket in same block. Staff responsive and attentive to details. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Gym could be much better but rooftop pool has great views.
