Eurostars Gran Valencia Hotel

Very comfortable room and beds. Awesome breakfast and good value. The location is a little away from the tourist district but we rented bikes and the subway is close by so this is not an issue.

We stayed at this hotel twice in two weeks. The first stay was excellent, the second was disappointing in that the room was not in good condition and the air conditioning did not work.

We had a wonderful stay. Very connected and convenient with store right below the hotel. Bus station 5 min away.

A comfortable stay on our way to southern Spain. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with easy access and parking.

The mattress on the bed was extremely hard. We complained to reception and they brought a thick mattress topper (tempur), this appeared to be a regular complaint. It didn't help with our first nights sleep. The air conditioning was not efficient, even though the hotel is new. The room temperature never got below 23C. The check in staff were not helpful, making no effort to assist my husband with the luggage. I'm disabled and need to walk with a stick. The roof top pool area was lovely.

Hiotel was ideally situiated for us as it was near good road links. Room was very large and clean, came with a spa bath, which was unexpected. Local restaurants and bars that we used were good and there was a reasonable choice. The Metro was also very nearby. You have to pay extra parking but it was worth it as it saved the hassle of trying to find a parking space near the hotel.

We can not say enough amazing things about this hotel. The rooftop pool was the highlight. The sunset views and lazy days were phenomenal. One 20 min tram away from the beach. Walking distance to over a dozen restaurants and the subway. 15 min by subway to the city centre. The staff are lovely. The amenities in the room were the best. Comfy bed. Hot, powerful shower. Don't look else where. We are frequent travellers and you won't find better at this price point. The one downside was the air conditioner was quite loud so cool down the room while you are awake, its hard to sleep with it on. Enjoy!

Beautiful hotel and staff, a little out of town but easy to get to by bus. Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle.

The hotel was a great place to stay at - the room was very comfortable and stylish. The staff are very friendly and helpful (they helped a lot with transport). The location is a bit out of the way from the centre of the city but there is literally a subway station next to it so it was very easy to get to the main attractions - a five, ten minute subway ride really.
