Very good hotel we have stayed in this hotel and it has been good from the start

Stayed here several times and always reliable. I particularly enjoy the breakfast!

Extremely convenient location on a metro stop. Unfortunately, the lobby was located on the 18th floor and was dead every time I went in, so didn't feel much like a hotel, and there was little interaction with the staff. The bathroom fixtures were a bit dated and not in the best condition. One night I could not get the tub to drain. The second night, I could not get the tub diverter to shift from tub to shower. Both times, it was quickly resolved, but these should have been in working order to begin with. A bit of mold and poorly caulked joints around the shower left it feeling a bit dirty.

I found the hotel just OK....when I arrived I had left my wallet in the cab and not speaking the language found staff less than helpful in assisting me figuring out what to do...I had hoped for a bit more support other than here is the address of the police office ...good luck! The room was small and the shower had no useful barrier to prevent water leaking all over the bathroom floor....I wouldn’t recommend it overall.

Great hotel. Warm welcome staff. We took a room with breakfast and variety of food was great. Fresh fruits, meats and bread. There was ample parking in surrounding streets. A bit far from the old town but it is walkable and gave us a chance to explore the neighbourhood. Quite a few restaurants around the corner and lots of grocery stores in less than 10 min walk to purchase water or supplies. We didn’t have the time to use the pool or gym but everything looks to be functioning correctly. What is nice about hotel is that the windows open and you can get some fresh air. Would definitely come back

Lovely hotel in nice area. Very good breakfast, nice room and impressive staff. Special mention for Raquel who helped us with online flight bookings and ordered our taxi when we had to leave in the middle of the night at very short notice to catch our rescheduled flight.

the room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a wide range of various dishes, the quality however wasn't quite what we expected. The pool on the top floor is also spectacular and you get a great view of the skyline of the city, also the bar up there is cute. The gym seems a bit out of place since there's no ac and also not a lot of exercises you could do there. Sadly, the sauna was also out of service so we couldn't try that. Overall a good hotel though.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Just back and coudn't recommend highly enough. Occupying the top floors of the hotel gives cracking views of the city, especially the 360 view from the top-floor, rooftop pool and bar. The night staff of which deserve a special highlight - extremely friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys. It was a pleasure. The hotel is situated a good wee walk outside of the medieval part of the city (but there is a Metro nearby) and the walk into town is safe and good fun - there's a few different ways to go with loads to see making for interesting experiences e.g. local markets on Saturday morning.
