Nice hotel in the new area and the rooftop swimming pool is a good extra.

bathrooms are different with no shower curtain or half glass to prevent water spill on floor when taking shower. This may be europen style.

Nice but not worth the money.

Good hotel, conveniently located right next to metro station. Good breakfast. The room is a bit small, but otherwise quite nice. We would have liked to have tea/coffee arrangement either in the room or in the lobby; instead you are directed to buy it from the cafe near the swimming pool.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bed was clean and very comfortable. Those were the two positives. Please be aware that the hotel is very far from the city center (we did know that already because we wanted to get in and out of the city easily by car), and that you will need to walk about 45 minutes to get to the old city. Still, there is very little around in terms of restaurants or cafes. Upon entering the room, it looked nice, but upon further inspection, it became clear that there were issues. The furniture was dinged and dented and looked old, the shower head was cracked so it shot out water awkwardly and aggressively, our tub had heavy calcium buildup, and our A/C didn’t work. Regarding the A/C, when we arrived to the room it was set for 27 degrees celsius (we stayed there in July), so we tried to make the room cooler. Apparently we were not supposed to touch it, but when an A/C is set to such a high temperature, the obvious thing is to try and cool down the room. Eventually it stopped working, so they sent someone to try to fix it, but it still didn’t work. Seeing as we were only there one night, we didn’t complain further and just slept with the window open, which was fine because we were on the 15th floor, but for a longer stay, it would have been an issue. The pool is way smaller than the photos show, it is basically an oversized bathtub, and there was no water fountain in the gym. Overall, the place really needs some upgrades.

Location was very far away from the city center. The room service hours were limited from 8-11pm as well as the dining facility. Options were limited for dining as well as the hours obviously. Would be a good hotel if you are there on business or dont want to be anywhere near the beach.

Swimming pool was great. Lack of tea coffee making facilities in the room wasn't good.

Lovely hotel with a fab rooftop pool but when I asked for a lounger he said they only had the 4 available that were taken, so the option was the grass. Coffee was not served for very long in reception.

Amazing views from pool.... Rooms were clean....staff was great....easy access to great food and mall.
