I really like the hotel, rooms were great and clean. Staff was very helpful

Considering the pictures we saw in the property posted facilities, very disappointed with the real ones. Basically all social areas where without any furniture, cero care for social life, no areas available for entertainment. Everything closed just for breakfast, lunch o dinner. Such a property without a bar? Wao. What made us leave the hotel was the strong sewage smell in the halls and rooms. Simply unacceptable. We informed the management immediately. This is not a place where we will come back again for sure.

Nice hotel, with nice facilities. Excellent location with nice view and close to the nou mestella. The breakfast can do with a lot of improvement though.

Second time we have stayed at this hotel. Cam e for a Champions League game this time and stayed 3 night. The location is ideal if you want to explore the city(it is 50 yards from the metro) but be able to park a car and have access to the motorways to get out and about in the surrounding countryside. It is a comfortable and quiet hotel, with a lovely roof top pool. The breakfast is absolutely amazing...and fresh Valencian orange juice is to die for. My only minor niggle was the air conditioning. Valencia was unseasonably warm, but the aircon was switched to wnter mode. We had to open the window to cool the room down. Fortunately, on the 18th floor the traffic noise wasn't too intrusive.

Location was good. There was work being done meaning very noisy drilling till 6 pm everyday unable to sleep or relax due to the loud sound. Asked the staff to change our room but we could hear it from everywhere in the hotel. I wouldnt book the room if I had known it's going to be that noisy. There was no warning or notice on their website to let us know in advance when we were booking our room. Had a dinner in the hotel and it was very poor quality think it was a pizza straight from freezer. Couldn't eat it waste of money. My relaxing holiday unfortunately ruined due to the noisy situation in the hotel. Also staff very unfriendly, no smile, talking in Spanish about us in front of us! Strongly NOT recommended to stay in this hotel. Waste of our precious time and money.
