Nice view from the restaurant across the lake towards the remarkables.

Very overpriced hotel, we paid ca. USD 300/night, worth app. USD 150/night at maximum. Staff polite and trying their best, but inexperienced, no real professionals on site. Rooms open strait from the street, feels more like a motel than a hotel, door feels very cold and is not closing 100%. Shower not working correctly, carpet dirty and wet, room feels empty, not comfortable. Breakfast à la cart with one item allowed only, than quote menu „cannot be alternated“ at all. Other than that mediocre coffee and a bowl of unprepared fruit. Have had much better and more professional hotels for half the price. We’re fairly disappointed.

You should know that the lovely view presented by this hotel does not tell you that there is a major construction expansion going on right in front of the hotel. You mostly see large cranes and hear workmen scream all day. This is probably going to go on for at least 6 months. The fact that I am paying full price to overlook a construction site is, to say the least, somewhat upsetting. Just wanted people to know that what they are selling is not what you are getting

The carparking issue resulted in is parking and using ubers to commute.

Over priced for a clunky room with limited utility for travellers. Poorly thought out layout. Food options limited and favour pushing you to set menu pricing. Staff were not available when phoning front desk or room service. Deck has no cover which is not very useful in an area prone to rain. Only one set of elevators to service all rooms, they advertise free parking but less than half the rooms can access that onsite, the rest are told to park on the street. Overall the site, room and service just don’t match up with the price they are charging when they are way out of the Queenstown district
